Tatana Kucharova wins Miss World 2006 Title

Tatana Kucharova is Miss World 2006. The 18-year-old teenager from a small town in Czech Republic beat beauties from 103 other countries to win the coveted Miss World title. Miss Romania is the first runner-up.

Tatana grew up in the Czech town of Opocno, some 70 miles northeast of Prague. The new Miss World keeps pets as a hobby. Among her pets are a bird and a turtle. She also enjoys playing sports such as tennis, horse riding and ice skating.
