Survivor: Cook Islands Divides the Sexy Babes Along Racial Lines

Survivor: Cook Islands is the 13th season of Survivor and perhaps the most controversial of all its seasons. So much so that Procter & Gamble, the consumer products giant from Ohio, in a decision probably to avoid controversy, has removed all commercials from the new season of Survivor, which is slated to divide the contestants by race at the beginning. Nobody knows if other major advertisers will follow suit.

But Jeff Probst is confident that Survivor: Cook Islands "will go down as one of the five best seasons of Survivor ever." One of the best 5? Hmmm. Probst also defended the show's controversial move. He said people have criticized Survivor for not having many minorities in the past. The goal this season is to create "the most ethnically diverse cast in the history of television."

Survivor: Cook Islands starts with four tribes: Aitutaki (consisting Hispanic-Americans), Rarotonga (Caucasians), Manihiki (African-Americans) and Puka Puka (Asian-Americans). The tribes are named after some islands in Cook Islands.

As for whether there are sexy babes who can win, start placing your bets on who will go the furthest based on their looks, brains or both: Rebecca Borman, Rebekah "Becky" Lee, Candice Woodcock, Parvati Shallow, Sundra Oakley, Cecilia Mansilla, Cristina Coria, Stephannie Favor, Jenny Guzon-Bae, Jessica Smith
