Miami Hurricanes Football is the Most Successful College Football Program

Miami Hurricanes Football team plays in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Being the most successful college football program, it has won 5 national championships. From 1985 to 1994, it had the longest home winning streak of 58 games, a record still unbroken. Home games are played at the Miami Orange Bowl. So successful are the Miami Hurricanes that University of Miami is being called the "NFL U".

Larry Coker is the team's current head coach (since 2001), with Randy Shannon as defensive coordinator and Rich Olson the offensive coordinator.

The current players include: Kyle Wright, Kirby Freeman, Javarris James, Charlie Jones, Derron Thomas, Tyrone Moss, Andrew Johnson, Lance Leggett, Sam Shields, Greg Olsen, and Darnell Jenkins.
