Picked by Elite Agency during an Oprah Winfrey Show, Leslie signed on as an Elite model. She has appeared in FHM and Maxim magazines.
Leslie's acted her first movie role in Private Parts and appeared in the short-lived TV series The Big Easy. Her break came in 1999, when she starred as Brooke McQueen in hit TV series Popular. This led on to more movie roles for her, and subsequently a part in the hugely successfuly ER, in which she played the outspoken med student Erin Harkins.
