Hilary Cruz Miss Teen Colorado wins Miss Teen USA 2007
Hilary Carol Cruz was given the crown by outgoing Miss Teen USA 2006 Katie Blair who incidentally had a controverial start in her reign.
Hilary just graduated from Centaurus High School and will attend the University of Northern Colorado.
She wishes one day to become an entertainment journalist. Maybe covering beauty pageants?
The first runner-up is Miss New Jersey Teen USA Alyssa Campanella.
