Bijou Phillips is familiar with horror movies. Having starred in Venom and Octane (or Pulse), she however has a less than stellar filmography. Signs are changing though. She's set to appear in Hostel 2 together with lesser-known Lauren German.

Born "Bijou Lily Phillips", Bijou is the daughter of John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas vocal group. After spending part of her childhood in South Africa, she began her modelling very early, and lived on her own at age 15.

She has reportedly dated Elijah Wood (of Lord of the Rings fame) and Leonardo Dicaprio.
